What I mean by this is they didn't try to convince me to buy a new lid as it only had cosmetic damage, they ordered my screen in and they fixed my bezel for me. It was all done for me next day and they gave the laptop a clean, I don't usually do Google reviews let alone good ones but I was very impressed.

Panicked, I phoned around and was recommended Mark and Tom from Computer Support Sales & Service and my gosh, they exceeded their already incredible reputation! They were so kind and looked at my MacBook straight away in front of me. They were honest about everything and fixed it there and then in front of my very eyes in about 3 minutes!
